Our Return Policy

We ensure our customers have the most pleasant shopping experience

We will accept the return of RatBlockers that hasn’t been inserted into the drainage system. Considering the unhygienic nature of drains, the fitted units can pose a serious threat of spreading diseases through direct or indirect contact. So, we insist you order the right size as per your pipe system.

If found to be faulty or substituted, we will accept the return or size exchange provided the units are in good condition and have not been installed.

Requests for returns must be placed within 14 days of the original purchase. It is requested to keep the product and the accessories intact in its original received condition with the correct packaging.

After we receive the returned unit, a thorough inspection and further refund is initiated. The refund amount will be paid via the original payment method in 7 working days post receiving the returned items.
